| The Event Section Type is used to track and display information on the website in a time sensitive manner. It will track the name of an event, when it begins and ends, and can include links to a summary and full description of the event.
The event information can be displayed three ways:
- In itemized form on the bottom of the Events section main page (see the examples below);
- On a calendar (as shown on the right), or
- Used in conjunction with promotions to have information appear and disappear from sections in a timely manner.
