Related Links
A related link is a hyperlink that is set out on its own at the bottom of a section or item introduction (rather than embedded in the text) and marked with a specific symbol: 

 

Use related links at the end of pieces of text to direct the website user to additional information on the topic at hand. The hyperlink can link to information either internal or external to the website.

In addition, you can set the related link to open in the same browser window that the user is currently using, or it can open a completely new window (so leaving the initial browser window at the original page).
