Step 1: Go to the section where the promotion will appear

• This will most often be the home page, but can be any section within the website

Step 2: Open the sidebar tool

• On the editing templates window, click on the "Image Gallery" link under "Attachments" on the left.
  • Don't know how to get there? Click here for directions.

• The following window will appear:

• If no promotions are already attached to the section, a statement "There are currently no Promotions attached to this data item." will appear instead of the list of Promotions.
• You can remove any existing image gallery by clicking on the delete (del) button.
• To add the new promotion, click on the "add new" button.

Step 3: Enter promotion settings

• Choose the section to be promoted in the Section pull-down window.
• Choose the location of the promotion on the page in which the promotion will appear.
  • Promotions may be located on the right, in the main section, or on the left.
• Choose the fields that will appear in the promotion
  • Title fields are required
  • Summary fields consist of the introductory text for each section.
